ZEID MASRI
Zeid Masri is the Founder and Managing Partner of SilverHaze Partners (SHP), a Washington D.C.-based alternative asset family office focused on private equity and venture capital, with over 35 investments and 20+ exits across sectors like media, technology, and education. Notable deals include Downtown Music Publishing (sold for $1B), Bowlero (NYSE: BOWL), DFT (sold for $8B), Blue Mercury (acquired by Macy’s), Chegg (NYSE: CHGG), and Edgecast (sold to Verizon).
Previously, Zeid was Co-Head of the Alternative Assets Group at Bessemer Trust, where he grew AUM from $2.2B to $4B and launched the largest VC fund-of-funds of its time. He began his career at Alex. Brown & Sons, co-leading the Principal Investing Group and pioneering private equity efforts in the Middle East and Europe.
He has served on several boards, including Bowlero, Downtown Music Publishing, and the National Children’s Museum.
