PRINCE KHALED BIN ALWALEED
HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud serves as General Partner – International at PROOF.
Prince Khaled was the first external investor in PROOF and has invested in each fund since inception. In addition, he has participated in more than 40 PROOF portfolio investments through the firm’s funds and affiliated co-investment vehicles. His role formalizes a longstanding collaboration with the PROOF team focused on international strategy, cross-border growth and ecosystem development.
Born in California and raised in Riyadh under the mentorship of his father, HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, Chairman and founder of Kingdom Holding Company, Prince Khaled has built a global investment platform spanning three continents.
Prince Khaled is also the founder and CEO of KBW Ventures, through which he is a sector-agnostic venture investor with a focus on transformative technologies across fintech, agtech, food tech, B2B SaaS, aviation and transportation technologies, energy technology, biotechnology, and emerging media platforms.
At PROOF, Prince Khaled works closely with the team to:
- Support portfolio companies expanding into the GCC and broader Middle East region
- Facilitate strategic partnerships and market entry across evolving regional economies
- Strengthen PROOF’s global connectivity across capital and corporate networks
Prince Khaled stands at the gateway between the Middle East’s rapidly developing innovation ecosystems and the Western technology markets, helping bridge relationships, capital, and opportunity across regions.
In addition to his investment activities, Prince Khaled serves as Executive Vice Chairman and co-founder of Arada, a UAE-based real estate development company.
